The Crasulla obvallata is known as the Money Plant.  Not sure exactly why, but I would guess it's because the leaves are shaped like coins. Their thick and round leaves sport a gray-green foliage.  The leaves have a velvety texture.  Bloom pink flowers in the Spring or Summer.
