Refund Policy

All plants are of the best possible quality and grown with care by a nursery in Southern California. If you are dissatisfied in any way with your plants, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. All shipments are carefully wrapped to make sure that they arrive in great shape. We have no control over your shipment once it has has been shipped and are not responsible for lost, or damaged items. When your receive your order, there may be loose soil on your plants.  Brush off the plant or blow lightly to remove this loose soil from your plant, replace the soil around the roots. There are no refunds for buyers who decide not to purchase a heat pack during the colder weather or in areas where the temperature is below 32 degrees. We cannot be responsible for over or under watering. Our growers hand pick every plant to ensure you will receive plants of the highest quality.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order once you have received it please contact us within 24 hours to discuss the issue. Take pictures as well, and send them to us.  Succulent plants are living things and we have no control over how they are cared for once they are in your possession.  After 24 hours of receiving them, there are no refunds. Shipping costs are not refundable. If package is shipped to a cold climate or where the temperature can get below 32 degrees and you do not order a heat pack we are not responsible for damaged or frozen plants.
