Only 4 stars because I haven't received the plants yet (will update when I do), but I have GOT to write a rave review of the customer service! The post office lost my first package. I thought I was just going to have to eat the loss because it was so clearly not the fault of Harddy. Instead, Kelley was very quick to respond to my problem and offered to reship the order. Kelley even asked if there was a more secure address to ship to, like my work address. I'm thrilled that I'll be getting these plants soon, and I'm so grateful that they were willing to help me even though they did nothing wrong in the first place.
The picture was taken about 10 days after I received them. There were a variety of other succulents in my order, so I am not certain which are the exact ones from my Echeveria assorted pack or if some are from an “add 4 more succulents” assortment. That is why there are two pictures of different sets. It is a nice assortment of different looks either way. Labels would be a nice improvement. The mixed assortment is a good way to try a variety of plants. The front 2 in second photo are suffering a bit of leaf loss, maybe too much water. I only watered once when they were first unpacked. The purple on in the back was very large in the 2” pot so I moved it into a larger pot. The packaging is excellent, no damage from rough handling.
